An Unfortunate Series of Events

The reason for my sudden unanounced disappearance can't be so much explained in a few words.

Well, actually, it was the Taru Taru mafia. I may have taken a loan and haven't been able to pay them back in a "reasonable" amount of time. Well that's what the note said when I found my moogle burnt to an almost unrecognizable state and my chocobo missing. These tarus are vicious. I'm pretty sure they eat their own young.

Don't worry about the moogle, I mail ordered another one. Should be in next week. He deserved it anyway for killing my plants and stealing my gil.

Anyhow, right after that, I went into hiding. The "not even the tax collectors can find me" hiding. Which is good because I still owe some gil to the Jeuno auction house. Anyhow, I think I'm going to lie low until that Christmas festival thing. They mafia should have forgotten able me by then.

edit note: after thinking about it, if they're still after me, I think I'll hire the Galkan mafia.. I heard they like eatin tarutarus.
